Run your hotel from a chat.

Connect HANS to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and do in one sentence what otherwise takes several screens.

If you already use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for emails and texts, AI access puts HANS right next to them: the app reads occupancy, bookings and KPIs from your PMS and changes rates when you tell it to. You see every change before it happens, and every change can be undone.

Simplified view. Every feature shown is available in HANS.

One sentence instead of ten clicks.

Ask the way you would ask a colleague at the front desk: Who arrives today? How full were we in September compared with last year? Which enquiries are still waiting for an offer? The answer comes from HANS, not from the AI's memory.

The app reads the daily overview, bookings, open enquiries, rates, free rooms and the KPIs from your reports: occupancy, average rate, RevPAR, revenue by channel. What you do with it is up to you in the conversation, such as a table for your accountant or a summary for Monday's meeting.

Who arrives today?

3 arrivals: G-296F62, G-462B0E, G-516177.

First the preview, then the change.

“Raise the weekly rate in January by €10” does not change anything yet. HANS first works out what would happen: which rate goes from what to what, which periods are split and which derived rate plans follow. Nothing is written until you confirm.

The same rules apply as in HANS itself: free rates stay untouched, negative rates are impossible, days priced by a revenue tool are locked. Through AI, a change is capped at 30 % or €100 per night; anything bigger you do in the app. If someone changes the rates between preview and confirmation, HANS writes nothing and shows the new state.

Traceable and reversible.

Every change is logged as “adjusted via AI”, together with the name of the person who confirmed it. You can undo it for 30 days, with one sentence in the chat or one click in HANS.

Once confirmed, the new rates go straight to the booking widget, offers and connected portals. Existing bookings keep their price. If someone has since changed the same rate plan by hand, HANS refuses the undo so that work is not lost.

Your property, your permission.

You simply sign in to HANS as usual, with password, passkey or second factor. Then you choose which properties the app may see and whether it may change rates. The AI never sees your password.

Only a manager of the property can allow rate changes. HANS checks on every single request what the person may do at that moment: anyone who leaves the property loses AI access too. Under Integrations, management sees who connected which app and can switch each app off.

Guests stay codes.

Instead of “the Gruber family”, the AI sees “Guest G-4F2A91”. That is enough for questions like “When does this guest leave?” without names, email addresses or phone numbers reaching the AI provider. A manager can explicitly allow real names.

HANS never shares dates of birth, ID documents or registration data, not even with real names. Whatever the AI reads is processed by your AI provider. Your property is responsible for that and needs a suitable agreement with the provider. HANS counts every request involving guest data so you can answer access requests.

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini.

HANS speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard AI apps use to connect tools. Claude in the browser, the app and Claude Code, ChatGPT through a custom connector and Gemini through the Gemini CLI all connect to the same address.

Other apps that support MCP with sign-in work too. Every connected app appears in HANS as its own integration with its own switch.

Connected in two minutes.

Copy the address from HANS, add it as a connector in your AI app, sign in to HANS, choose your properties. Then just ask.

Frequently asked questions.

What is MCP?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI apps use tools and data. HANS provides an MCP server. There the AI app finds tools such as “daily overview”, “search bookings” or “adjust rates” and calls them when your question needs them.
Which AI apps work with HANS?
Claude (web, desktop, Claude Code), ChatGPT through a custom connector and Gemini through the Gemini CLI. Any other app that supports MCP with OAuth sign-in works as well. Whether custom connectors are part of your plan is decided by each provider.
Can the AI change rates without my consent?
No. Every change starts as a preview and is only written after your explicit confirmation. Only a manager of the property who allowed it when connecting can make changes, and even then by no more than 30 % or €100 per night. You can undo it for 30 days.
What happens to my guests' data?
By default the AI only sees codes instead of names, without email or phone. HANS never shares dates of birth, ID documents or registration data. Whatever the AI reads is processed by your AI provider, so your property needs a suitable agreement with them.
What does AI access cost?
AI access is part of HANS, not an add-on. We calculate the price of HANS based on the size of your property; it is available on request. You take out the Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini plan yourself with the provider.
What can the AI do in HANS today?
Read: arrivals, departures and in-house guests, bookings, open enquiries, rates, free rooms and KPIs. Change: rates over a period by a percentage or an amount, with preview and undo. It cannot create or cancel bookings or send emails.
