New in HANS.

What HANS has learned lately, and what that changes in the everyday running of your property.

We build HANS in South Tyrol, together with the properties that work with it. This page lists the bigger changes, month by month. Smaller improvements arrive all the time without us announcing each one.

AI assistant

Hansi now answers the question about a free room.

Hansi is the AI assistant of HANS and comes as an add-on module. He answers in the chat below the offer and as a bubble on your website, looks up free rooms and prices live in HANS and never quotes an amount he cannot back up. If a guest wants a discount or has a complaint, Hansi hands over to your team. Everything runs exclusively in the EU.

Correspondence

Guests reply right below their offer.

Every email you send from HANS carries a “Reply online” button. It opens the guest's offer page with the whole conversation underneath. The reply shows up in your thread straight away, and HANS lets you know on the channel you chose, whether that is email, Telegram or Slack.

Correspondence

Quick questions now have a chat.

When all that is left is the arrival time or the dog, switch the conversation to chat. Your message appears on the guest's page at once, and they only get a short email notice. The full-screen view keeps everything you need next to it: guest profile, booking, offer and earlier conversations with the same guest.

Channel Engine

Availability and rates go to the portals on their own.

HANS now speaks AlpineBits, and portals that support the standard can be connected directly. Availability goes out every few minutes, rates with minimum stay and child pricing once a night. If someone still books the same night in the gap between two updates, HANS accepts the booking instead of rejecting it and tells you right away.

Guest registration

Registrations run at night while the house sleeps.

The day's arrivals go to Alloggiati Web overnight, and in South Tyrol also to the provincial statistics office as a daily report. The receipt is waiting as a PDF in the morning. The tourist tax month closes with the pagoPA payment slip, and where the tourist board has enabled the South Tyrol Guest Pass, HANS activates the cards at check-in.

Bar & restaurant

The round at the bar lands on the room bill at once.

Staff pick the room on a phone, tap the drinks and book the ticket. At that moment the items are on the stay, on the bill and in the revenue report. The ticket also shows what is already on the room, so nobody writes down the same round twice.

Terminal

Guests fill in their registration form themselves.

A tablet or phone at reception becomes a terminal for the guest. They enter their details there, check the bill on departure and pay by QR code, with a tip if they like. The device joins via a QR code, and you can revoke its access remotely at any time.

Front desk

The whole day at the front desk fits on one page.

Arrivals, in-house guests and departures sit one below the other, each with the open balance. Check-in and check-out run from there, and you assign the room while greeting the guest. The new room plan shows one row per room: who sleeps where and which nights are still free.

Daily check

Before closing time, HANS tells you what is still open.

The daily check collects missing registration data, open balances, guests without a room and overbooked nights, most urgent first. Closing the day hands the morning shift a clean slate.

Occupancy calendar

Extend a stay by dragging the edge of its bar.

Drag the edge of a bar in the calendar and the stay gets longer. Draw a new booking straight into the row, and every room type unfolds into its individual rooms.

Wellness & spa

Guests now request treatments on your website.

You keep your treatment menu in HANS, and the spa widget shows it on your website. Requests arrive with you, you confirm or decline and can send a payment link along with it.

Reports

ADR and RevPAR now show how HANS calculates them.

Every figure in the reports explains what it means and which numbers it is built from. You choose the period freely, and every report can be taken along as an Excel sheet.
