The price calendar.
What does a night on the 14th cost? The guest sees it without filling in a form.
The most common question before a booking is the price for a particular day. A form answers it only after five inputs. The price calendar shows it as a month grid: for each day, the price of an arrival starting there, for the chosen room and board.
August
One month, all prices.
Each day carries the price for an arrival on that day. Days without arrival are marked, sold-out days too. The guest pages month by month, as far as the rate plan goes.
The prices come from the same rate plan as in the booking widget. What you change in the front desk calendar shows in the grid on the next load.
Room, guests, board.
Above the grid the guest picks the room type from a list, the number of guests and the board. The grid recalculates immediately. Each room has pictures and a description in the detail window.
Board options appear in a fixed order, from none to full board, so the switch feels the same everywhere.
Two clicks to the booking.
The guest clicks the arrival day and the departure day in the grid. Then the booking widget opens with dates, room and guest count, or, if you prefer, the request widget with a note.
The price calendar does not book by itself. It is the entry point; the booking widget takes over the flow in the same window.
Prices of the booking channel.
The grid shows the prices that also apply when booking. Exclusive last-minute promotions live in the last-minute widget, not here, so that the price in the grid and the price in the booking are the same.
How it gets onto your website.
Your agency places the widget where it should appear, like an embedded video. It becomes part of your page, scrolls with it and opens no separate window.
The embed code for your agency is in the dashboard, ready for your property.
- Accent colour, font and light or dark mode come from your property's settings. If you prefer, set them in the container.
- The language follows your page or is set in the container.
- Bookings and requests are reported to the tags your website already carries. The widget sets no cookie of its own.

Frequently asked questions.
- Does the grid show the price per night or per stay?
- The price for one night starting on that day, for the chosen room and guest count. The total for the stay then appears in the booking widget.
- Can I show several rooms side by side?
- The grid shows one room type at a time; the guest switches via the list. For comparing several rooms, the room selection in the booking widget is the better place.
- How far ahead does it show prices?
- As far as your rate plan goes. For months without prices the grid stays empty, and the guest can send a request.
