Booking.com is live-connected, and more portals follow over the same connection. If a portal uses AlpineBits, the interface standard of the Alpine region, it can be connected today. Which connections make sense for your property is something we settle during setup.
Rates go out on their own.
Change a rate in the calendar or in the rate plan and it reaches every connected channel. You need no export, release step or second interface for it.
The same goes for stay rules such as minimum nights, arrival days and closures. They hang on the rate plan's period and travel with it.
Portal bookings land in the calendar.
A booking from a portal appears in the calendar without anyone retyping it. In the same move HANS blocks those nights on every other channel.
Changes and cancellations take the same path. What the guest changes at the portal changes in the house, and the room that just came free is back on sale everywhere seconds later.
One rate plan, many channels.
A portal needs a different rate from your website? Then derive a rate plan from the base one instead of maintaining it a second time.
The derived plan calculates its markup or discount from the base plan. Change the base rates and every derived plan follows, keeping the gap.
Catch overbookings early.
HANS keeps count of how many units are available each night and speaks up before it gets tight. If you prefer, hold back a buffer deliberately.

- Which portals can be connected?
- Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia are live-connected; the South Tyrolean platforms follow over the same connection. Portals with an AlpineBits interface can be connected today. Which ones apply to your property, and what each requires, we tell you before you start.
- What if a portal is briefly unreachable?
- The transmission moves into a queue and is retried once the portal is back. Nothing is lost, and the log shows you what went out when.
- Can I pause a portal temporarily?
- Yes. Every connection can be paused without deleting it. The settings stay in place, only nothing goes out and nothing comes in.
