The availability widget.

Three fields and a button. The answer: which rooms are free, and what they cost.

Not every page needs the whole booking flow. On the home page, in the sidebar or below a room description, one question is enough: is anything free in this period? The availability widget asks it and answers with a list, not with a “please enquire”.

Arrival, departure, guests.

The guest picks dates and guest count and presses “Check availability”. Arrival is tomorrow at the earliest; if they change it, the number of nights stays.

After the first answer the result reacts live: a different period updates the list without the guest pressing again.

Available: with price and button.

If something is free, the room types appear with the price for exactly this stay, the board and a note when only a few units are left. “Book” opens the booking widget with everything pre-filled.

The price is the same one the booking widget shows in the next step. There is no teaser price that changes when booking.

Not available: then request.

If nothing is bookable online, the widget says so calmly and offers the request. The request widget opens with the desired period in the note, so you know what was looked for.

No demand is lost just because a room was free for two of three nights. The front desk sees the request and often finds a solution.

It only reads.

The availability widget writes nothing into the property. It queries the calendar while the guest is looking. Only the jump into booking or request creates anything.

How it gets onto your website.

Your agency places the widget where it should appear, like an embedded video. It becomes part of your page, scrolls with it and opens no separate window.

The embed code for your agency is in the dashboard, ready for your property.

  • Accent colour, font and light or dark mode come from your property's settings. If you prefer, set them in the container.
  • The language follows your page or is set in the container.
  • Bookings and requests are reported to the tags your website already carries. The widget sets no cookie of its own.

More widgets.

Each widget works on its own. Together they cover the path from the first price question to check-in.

Frequently asked questions.

Isn't that the same as the booking widget?
The first step is similar, the space it needs is not. The availability widget is a small box for pages where booking is not the main topic. It opens the flow itself when needed.
What does “only a few left” mean?
If fewer units remain in a room type than a threshold, three by default, the note appears on the card. The number comes from the calendar.
Can I use it several times on one page?
Yes. One below each room description, for example. Each works on its own.

A box for the home page.

If your home page today has only an “Enquire” button, this widget is the smallest step towards direct bookings. We will show you how it looks there.
