Registration is not work that earns anything. It is work that avoids trouble, which makes it the best candidate for handing over entirely. HANS holds the data anyway (guest, stay, room, nights) and only has to pass it on.
One run in the night.
After midnight HANS assembles the day's reports and transmits them. In the morning you find the result in the system, not a task.
If a guest is missing something the authority requires, the daily check shows it in good time, while the guest is still in the house and you can simply ask.
Regional and police reporting.
The daily report to the regional tourism portal and the guest registration with the national portal both run from the same record. You maintain it once.
Both paths have their own formats and their own quirks, right down to how an identity document has to be written. That translation work sits inside HANS. All you see of it is that the report goes through.
The tourist tax adds itself up.
Who pays, who is exempt and how many nights count follows from the stay and appears on the bill without anyone doing the sums.
On the guest's receipt it shows as its own line, in the reports as its own total. Settling with the municipality is then a figure that already exists, not an evening's work at month end.
Reports become a guest directory.
Every report also fills the guest profile: stays, origin, contact, consents. Your guest directory builds itself along the way.
HANS recognises returning guests along the way and doesn't create them a second time. The same person at the same address stays the same profile, even when the name arrives spelled differently once.
A receipt for every transmission.
What went out, when it went out and what the authority replied is in the log. If anyone asks, you don't have to search – only to look.
Common questions.
- Do I still have to check the reports?
- You don't have to, but you can. Every run can be previewed as a dry run beforehand, and afterwards the log holds each transmission with its reply.
- What happens if something changes afterwards?
- If a guest leaves early or a detail is corrected, the report for that day goes out again and replaces the previous one. Two conflicting versions don't arise.
- Does this cover the South Tyrol Guest Pass?
- Yes. If the Guest Pass is enabled for your property, HANS activates the cards at check-in from the same stay. You don't need a second portal for it.
