The request widget.

Many guests want to ask first and book later. The form for that is more than a contact field.

A request that consists only of free text produces follow-up questions: when exactly, how many people, which room? The request widget asks for that before the guest presses send. The reply gets faster, and often HANS writes it itself.

Send request

The guest says what they want.

Arrival and departure, adults and children with ages, then the personal details: name, email for the offer, country, phone for questions. Plus a field for everything that does not fit into a form.

A summary at the side shows the guest what they are about to send. On the phone it moves below the form.

Rooms and board already in the request.

The guest chooses from your room categories, with pictures and description, and sets the board per room. A family with two rooms requests both in one go.

If a guest arrives from the price calendar, the availability check or a last-minute offer, dates and room are already filled in.

In the property, it lands in the right place.

The request gets a number and a conversation in correspondence. Guest and property both receive an acknowledgement. Whoever opens the request sees dates, rooms and guest count as fields, not as prose.

If HANS already knows the email address, the request attaches to the existing guest profile. No second guest with the same name is created.

The offer can come by itself.

With automatic replies switched on, HANS checks availability and price for the requested dates and sends the guest an offer with a booking link. Without anyone in the house typing.

If the dates do not fit the grid, say because a room is only partly free, the request stays put and waits for you. Automatic does not mean blind.

Deliberately without price and payment.

The request widget checks no availability and names no price. The guest asks even when they need two nights in a gap that would not be bookable online.

How it gets onto your website.

Your agency places the widget where it should appear, like an embedded video. It becomes part of your page, scrolls with it and opens no separate window.

The embed code for your agency is in the dashboard, ready for your property.

  • Accent colour, font and light or dark mode come from your property's settings. If you prefer, set them in the container.
  • The language follows your page or is set in the container.
  • Bookings and requests are reported to the tags your website already carries. The widget sets no cookie of its own.

More widgets.

Each widget works on its own. Together they cover the path from the first price question to check-in.

Frequently asked questions.

Can the guest sign up for the newsletter at the same time?
Yes, if you switch on the checkbox and a newsletter connection is set up. It is never pre-ticked, and the sign-up runs with a confirmation email.
What if someone enters nonsense?
The form checks required fields and the email address, and the server slows down bulk submissions from the same address. A request that still gets through is deleted in correspondence with one click.
Can I offer request and booking side by side?
Yes, many properties do exactly that: the request widget on the “Enquire” page, the booking widget on “Book”. Both write into the same property.

Let's look at your requests.

How many requests come in today, and how long does the reply take? Tell us, and we will show you what the widget and the automatic reply make of it.
