The widgets.
Eleven building blocks that do on your website what a portal does elsewhere. Without the commission.
A widget is a piece of HANS that sits inside your website: the booking flow, the price calendar, the request form. All of them read the same calendar as your front desk and write into the same property. Take what fits your site and leave the rest.

Two lines of code.
Your agency places a container and one script line where the widget should appear. No separate window, no iframe: the widget becomes part of your page and scrolls with it.
Several widgets on one page are fine, say the price calendar at the top and the newsletter sign-up at the bottom. The script is the same, only the key in the container changes. The one exception to the fixed spot is the AI assistant: it floats as a bubble above the page and opens its own chat window.
Your colours, your font.
The accent colour comes from your property's settings, and so do the font and light or dark mode. For the guest, it stays your website.
Dark mode can be fixed or follow the guest's device. If your accent colour is too light for text, the widget writes in white on buttons while the surface keeps your colour. At the bottom, in small print, sits your property's CIN, as Italian law requires for accommodation advertising.
Counted on your side, not ours.
A booking or request is reported to your website's Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Meta pixel, with the real booking number. The widget brings no tracking script and no cookie of its own.
That is why your cookie banner automatically covers the widget too: if the guest has not consented, there are no tags, and the event goes nowhere. In addition, HANS can report the same booking server-side to Google and Meta, with the same identifier, so nothing counts twice.
No commission, no extra charge per widget.
The widgets belong to HANS. Only Spa & Wellness, Vouchers and the AI assistant require their add-on module, because each comes with its own area in the software. What a guest books through your website stays entirely with you.
Frequently asked questions.
- Does my website need rebuilding for this?
- No. A widget is inserted at one spot, like an embedded video. WordPress, Webflow, Typo3 or a hand-written page: all it needs is a place where HTML is allowed.
- How do the widgets know what is available?
- They ask HANS at the moment the guest is looking. The front desk's calendar and the widget's calendar are the same. A booking through a portal blocks the nights in the widget the same second.
- What happens if my property is paused in HANS?
- Then all widgets show a message that online booking is currently unavailable. No booking is created and no error appears on your page. The AI assistant's bubble disappears entirely.
