A PMS (property management system) is the program in which a property keeps its rooms, guests, prices and invoices. HANS is developed and supported in South Tyrol, for properties that report here, invoice here and work in more than one language.

What would a day like this look like in your property?
The daily report to the regional portal, the police report to Alloggiati Web and the tourist tax run overnight from the same data. In the morning there is a receipt for every transmission in the system. Guest reporting is part of the base package, at no extra charge.
Both routes come ready-configured in HANS. If a guest is missing a detail the authority requires, the daily check shows it while the guest is still in the house.

If the Südtirol Guest Pass is enabled for your property, HANS activates the cards at check-in from the stay. You don't need a second portal for it.
Everything it needs is already in the stay: arrival, departure, the people in the room. HANS passes it on, and nobody at reception types a second time what is already in the system.
We set up your reporting accounts with you during onboarding.
HANS is accredited with the Sistema di Interscambio and sends the electronic invoice to the Agenzia delle Entrate itself. It is created from the stay, with tourist tax, addressed to the guest or to the company, with a recipient code or PEC.
The SDI's response comes back to the same place. If you prefer to invoice through your accountant or Fatture in Cloud, you choose that for each property. Invoicing is an add-on module.
HANS bundles what a property needs every day: occupancy calendar, Channel Engine, direct bookings, guests, correspondence, official reporting and payments. One system instead of several separate tools, built for guesthouses, B&Bs and hotels.
Provincial report, tourist tax and Guest Pass run in the same system. Nobody switches programs or portals to use them.

Bookings move with the mouse: extending means dragging the edge, a new booking is drawn across the free nights, a room change is a pull up or down.

Bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia land straight in the calendar, and HANS blocks the nights on every other channel. Prices and availability go out by themselves. The Channel Engine is an add-on module to the base package.

If a guest asks for a specific room, HANS answers with an offer for exactly that room, in the guest's language and with your templates. If it is taken, with fitting alternatives.
Terminal
An existing tablet at reception takes over guest card and invoice: the guest enters their own details, and what they enter is immediately correct in the system.

Hansi answers guest questions in the chat on your offers and on your website, even when reception closed hours ago. A guest from Milan gets an answer in Italian. He knows the local tax in your offer, and he has read what your website says about the Guest Pass, the ski bus or Törggelen.

Add-on module
More about HansiHANS can be operated in German, Italian and English. Offers, confirmations and the pre-arrival email go out in the guest's language.
The widgets on your website (enquiry, booking, price calendar, availability) speak the visitor's language too. A property with a German-speaking reception and Italian-speaking service staff works in the same system, everyone in their own language.
When something is stuck, you reach a person in South Tyrol: by phone or email, in your time zone.
