The last-minute widget.

Free rooms of the next three weeks, with price and promotion. Nothing extra to maintain.

A gap in the calendar is worth nothing on arrival day. The last-minute widget shows it beforehand: it reads the free nights of the coming weeks from the calendar, the prices from the rate plan and the promotions from the property. Your website then shows what a portal would only know after your input.

A window that moves along.

The widget shows a period starting today, three weeks by default, adjustable up to sixty days. What is free within it appears with the price for the chosen number of nights and guests.

The guest adjusts period, nights and guest count in a search bar. A date strip shows on which days something is free before they read the cards.

Best offers or by date.

Two views: the cheapest offers first, or chronologically by arrival. Plus a switch for the board and a note when only a few units are left.

Each card opens the room details with pictures and description. You set the threshold for the scarcity note or switch it off.

Promotions are shown on the card.

If a promotion from the property applies to the period, the card carries the discount and a banner. The guest sees the old and the new price without you changing anything on the website.

When the guest jumps into the booking widget, the promotion code goes along. The discount is applied once, never twice.

Book or request, one click.

Each card has “Book now” and “Request”. The booking widget opens with dates and room pre-filled, the request widget with a ready-made note. The guest types nothing twice.

You decide which of the two buttons appears. A property that only sells on request shows only “Request”.

Gap finder for short stays.

If you like, switch on the gap finder: it looks for stays between one and four nights that fit exactly into a gap between two bookings. A dead night becomes an offer.

How it gets onto your website.

Your agency places the widget where it should appear, like an embedded video. It becomes part of your page, scrolls with it and opens no separate window.

The embed code for your agency is in the dashboard, ready for your property.

  • Accent colour, font and light or dark mode come from your property's settings. If you prefer, set them in the container.
  • The language follows your page or is set in the container.
  • Bookings and requests are reported to the tags your website already carries. The widget sets no cookie of its own.

More widgets.

Each widget works on its own. Together they cover the path from the first price question to check-in.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to maintain last-minute prices separately?
No. The widget shows the rate plan prices for the booking channel. If you want to be cheaper at short notice, create a promotion, and the cards pick it up.
Does it also show rooms that are only partly free?
It shows what is free for the chosen number of consecutive nights. For shorter gaps there is the gap finder.
Where is the best place to embed it?
On its own “Last minute” page or as a band on the home page. Both work, because the widget adapts its width to the page.

How many gaps do you have right now?

Send us a glance at your calendar for the next three weeks. We will show you how the widget would offer exactly those nights on your website.
