Hotel software integrationsYour services.
One dashboard.
Portals, payment providers, authorities, mail and marketing all connect to HANS. You set up each integration with your own accounts and can always see whether it is running.
Running a property means working with a dozen services: portals, payment providers, authorities, newsletters. In HANS they come together. A booking from Booking.com sits in the same calendar as one from your booking widget, and the report to the province is built from the same guest data you captured at check-in.
All integrations
Grouped by area. Where an integration belongs to an add-on module, it says so.
Channels & portals
Through the Channel Engine you reach around 420 portals, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Google Hotels. Which of them are enabled for your property depends on your contract with each portal.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe, plus PayPal. The money goes straight to your account. You can also store credentials for Nexi, Mollie and SumUp; which ones appear in the booking flow we settle during setup.

The daily report to the province goes via LTS South Tyrol, police registration via Alloggiati Web. HANS reports overnight, from data already in the system.
Confirmations and offers go out from your own sender, through your SMTP server or a sending service. Newsletter consents stay in HANS and can be passed on to Rapidmail.

Widget events and bookings go to your own accounts, depending on the visitor's consent. Google Analytics and Meta also receive bookings from the server, where no ad blocker can swallow them.

Website & data
The widgets bring booking, requests, prices and vouchers to your website, and Hansi answers guest questions there. The website API and export feeds pass your data on to your agency, spreadsheet and calendar. The spa and voucher widgets belong to their own add-on modules.
Every integration runs on your own account with the service. Stripe pays out to your bank, Rapidmail keeps your list, Google Analytics counts in your property.
If you ever change systems, accounts, lists and figures stay with you. HANS stores the keys encrypted.
You see whether an integration is running.
Set up does not mean data is flowing. The integrations page in the dashboard shows for each service whether it is connected, has been quiet for days or last ran into an error.
For widgets it also shows which website they are embedded on and when they were last used.
Pause without setting up again.
Most integrations can be paused. The setup stays saved, and one switch puts it back into service.
Handy in the off-season, or when you switch services and want to keep the old one for a while.
Your service is missing?
New integrations are added all the time. If your property works with a service that is not listed here, let us know.
Often the website API or an export feed already covers it today. The API delivers rooms, images and prices; anything you marked as hidden stays hidden.
No integration costs extra.
At most you pay the external service itself. The Channel Engine, guest registration and Hansi as well as the spa and voucher widgets are separate add-on modules.
Frequently asked questions
Does an integration cost extra?
No. At most you pay the external service itself, such as Stripe's fees. The Channel Engine, guest registration, Hansi, spa and vouchers are add-on modules; the price for HANS is available on request.
Do I need my own accounts with the services?
For payments, email sending, newsletters and tracking, yes. That is deliberate: money, addresses and figures belong to you and stay with you. For the Channel Engine and guest registration we help with the setup.
Which portals does the Channel Engine reach?
Around 420, including 60 certified ones such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb. Which of them are enabled for your property depends on your contract with each portal.
What does your property use today?
Tell us which services you work with. We will tell you which of them HANS already connects to and what switching looks like.
